Mr Will Charlton is a member of Vale Royal Borough Council for the Wards of Leftwich and Kinsmead and is a Governor at Rosebank Primary School and Kingsmead Primary School with an active interest in the built and natural environment.

Alexander Todd

Sandy Todd

Dr Todd is a Past Master and Member of the Court of Assistants of the Salters' Company, a Livery Company in the City of London. He is a Member of the Council of the City and Guilds of London Institute. Before his retirement in 1996, he was successively a Research Chemist, New Product Development Manager and Product Licensing Manager at ICI (later Zeneca, now AstraZeneca) Pharmaceuticals, at Alderley Park, Cheshire.

Richard Hamlett

Mr Hamlett is chairman of the Lion Salt Works Trust. He was the former Administration Manager at British Salt. He is also the chairman of the Cheshire Brine Subsidence Compensation Board.

Martin Boyett

Martin Boyett

Mr Boyett is retired but was formerly Head of Community Partnerships for Vale Royal Borough Council. He is a qualified Architect and Town Planner and a member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation. He is a Trustee / Director of Mersey Forest Company Ltd, the Community Forests North West Ltd and a Trustee of Canolfan Dewi Sant, St. David's Community Centre, Eryrys, Wales.

Cllr Dolphin is a member of the Cheshire Fire Authority, a Director of Cheshire Community Council, Member of the Hartford and Moss Farm Management Committee, Trustee of Weaverham and Acton Bridge Charities, Member of Weaverham Community Association Managment Committee, Vice Chairman of Cheshire and Warrington Information Consortium and Member of Tatton Park Management Panel, a member of the Northwich Regeneration Steering Group i.e. Northwich Vision.

In addition she is a school governor of Wallerscote Primary School and Weaverham High School.

Her current role on Cheshire County Council is Executive Member for Community and Communications which includes responsibility for Arts, Museums, Information, Culture,Library Services, Trading Standards and Registration with a responsibility for Community Safety, Local Working, Local Strategic Panels, Cheshire Partnership, Newsletters, Press, Media, Research and Statistics, Lifelong Learning , Community Regeneration and the Supporting People Programme.
